The Services are operated by Impulsion Systems, Inc. ("Impulsion," "we," "us"), the company that operates the impulsion.io website and services. References to "Impulsion" in these Terms mean Impulsion Systems, Inc..

SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile telephone number to Impulsion and opting in (for example, by submitting an opt-in form or checking the SMS consent box), you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Impulsion at that number.

Program description. Messages may include lesson reminders, scheduling and appointment updates, onboarding and account notifications for Full Circle Equestrian Connection LLC.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies (for example, up to approximately 6 messages per month).

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Impulsion does not charge for the text messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

Opt-out and help. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message; after you reply STOP we will send one confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or email privacy@impulsion.io.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your agreement to receive text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services, and is not a condition of using the Services.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Information collected in connection with the SMS program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your mobile telephone number or SMS opt-in data.
